Delivery FAQs
Delivery costs depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout. For heavier items like massage tables or sofas, rates may be higher due to weight.
We sometimes run promotions with free delivery on selected items. Otherwise, standard delivery charges apply. Keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates
Orders are usually dispatched the same day if placed before 7am on a business day. Standard delivery times are 1–3 business days for most of New Zealand, and 3–5 business days for rural addresses.
Yes — we deliver across New Zealand, including rural addresses. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
If you’re not home, the courier will either leave your parcel in a safe place (if possible) or leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
At the moment we only deliver within New Zealand. We’re working on international shipping options for the future.
Exchanges & Returns FAQs
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To begin, email us at contact@azen.co.nz with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
No — we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@azen.co.nz . We’ll assess the issue and arrange a solution.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@azen.co.nz
